Woman was high when she plowed her SUV into a Metro bus, killing 2, prosecutors say

The woman accused of being behind the wheel of an SUV in a deadly crash involving a Metro bus was charged with two counts of murder Thursday, as families and friends mourn the victims of the crash and a subsequent helicopter crash that killed three others.
