Ujjain Municipal Corporation Demolishes Illegal Simhastha-Area Construction, 272 Buildings May Face Road

Ujjain Municipal Corporation demolished an unauthorised construction by Madhavanand Ashram on Simhastha land near Lalpul Bridge Road. Separately, it began marking a 730-metre road stretch for widening to 15 metres. The ₹9.80-crore, state-funded project from Khajurwali Masjid to Ganesh Chowk may affect 272 buildings.
