A 21-year-old man carrying a Rs 30,000 reward was arrested after a brief encounter with police in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. Shivanjay Rajput, allegedly linked to the production of spurious liquor, suffered a gunshot wound to his leg. Police recovered a country-made pistol, cartridges, phone and motorcycle. His arrest takes the total number of accused held to 19.
