REA Group secures 35% stake in Irish portal operator Distilled for A$409M

REA Group (RPGRF) has entered into an agreement to acquire a 35% non-controlling minority stake in Distilled Ltd, the leading multi-vertical digital marketplace operator across Ireland and Northern Ireland, for share consideration of approximately €248M.
