MANILA, Philippines — The Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) on Saturday asked the Supreme Court (SC) through an open letter to resolve the pending petitions involving former President Rodrigo Duterte and incumbent Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa. Duterte’s children filed their habeas corpus petitions before the SC for his immediate release from International Criminal Court (ICC) custody in March 2025.
