The Uttar Pradesh Cabinet approved free transfer of land for constructing ECHS Polyclinics in 13 districts to improve healthcare access for ex-servicemen and their dependents. The land will be transferred to the Local Military Authority, Central Command. Officials said the move will expand medical facilities under ECHS, which provides cashless treatment benefits to beneficiaries.
