Mumbai Police Book Pune Man For Flying Drone During Dadar Ganpati Immersion Despite Citywide Ban

Mumbai Police registered a case against a 29-year-old Pune-based man for allegedly flying a drone during the Siddhivinayak Ganpati immersion procession in Dadar. Police said drone operations were banned in Mumbai during the period. The accused allegedly lacked permission and certification, following which officers seized a DJI drone and remote control worth ₹1.56 lakh.
