Infantino says Fifa can change as he proposes review

FIFA's Infantino says he is open to reforms

Gianni Infantino, head of football's ruling body FIFA, says he is open to reforms, in a letter to the heads of the organization's 211 member associations and the members of the FIFA Council seen by dpa. In the letter, Infantino spoke of an independent review of FIFA's governance, as well as consultations on strengthening decision-making processes, including the role of the president.
