I regret delaying telcos’ entry into financial services

SanusiMuhammadu Sanusi II, the Emir of Kano, has said that one of his regrets in office as the governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, was delaying the entry of telecommunications companies (telcos) into financial services.
