Federal Land Inc. was honored as Developer of the Year at the Philippines Real Estate Awards 2026 for its outstanding decades-long contribution to the country’s real estate through its diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, retail, and township developments. Presented by Dot Philippines and Lamudi Philippines, the award-giving body recognized Federal Land’s diverse range of properties and masterplanned communities.
