Every disagreement need not begin as litigation, says Sitharaman

Amid the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) filing caveat in the court in case of possible litigation on the issue of listing directive to Tata Sons, Finance Ministry Nirmala Sitharaman on Tuesday urged India Inc not to take every disagreement to court. She also called for further strengthening of corporate governance.
