Lok Li, a defendant in the Ellerslie double-murder trial, allegedly considered making an ACC claim for an ankle sprain he sustained while stomping on the heads of two homicide victims.

This claim was made by co-defendant Shu Poon during testimony, stating that Li thought about using the injury to defraud ACC.
