
The City of Cape Town is introducing a cashless payment system at three Driving Licence Testing Centres from 1 October 2026.
The pilot will initially run at Brackenfell, Fish Hoek, and Strand DLTCs, which are among the City's 18 DLTCs across Cape Town.
