Draganfly closes $10M registered direct offering at $5.35 per share

Draganfly (DPRO) announced the closing of its previously announced registered direct offering, raising approximately $10M in gross proceeds. Under the terms of the offering, the drone solutions developer issued 1.87M common shares at $5.35 per share.
