Delhi Police file non-cognisable report against minister Parvesh Verma after complaint over slap

Delhi Police has filed a non-cognisable report (NCR) in connection with a complaint by Sahib Singh, who was slapped by PWD minister Parvesh Verma. Police also said an FIR under sections related to extortion was registered on the complaint of an assistant engineer of the PWD against unknown person(s).
