CBI Arrests CGST Superintendent, Consultant In ₹1

The CBI arrested CGST Superintendent Pankaj Kumar alias Pankaj Rajput and consultant P.K. Swami in an alleged bribery case linked to redevelopment of 24 CGST-owned flats in New Panvel. The agency alleges Kumar demanded Rs 1 crore for an NOC and handover of the flats. A court remanded both accused to two days of police custody.
