'Border gets disturbed from time to time': MEA on ITBP chief's remark, blames China

Ministry of external affairs on Friday blamed China for failing to establish peace and tranquility between India and China and said that the border areas gets disturbed from time to time when Chinese forces diverge from established patrolling patterns.
