Bhopal Residents Lose Over ₹10 Lakh In 3 Cyber Frauds, One Duped Through APK File

Three Bhopal residents were allegedly duped of more than ₹10 lakh in separate cyber fraud cases. A garment businessman lost ₹44,928 after downloading an APK file sent on WhatsApp for an electricity bill update. Two Misrod residents were separately cheated of ₹8 lakh and ₹1.71 lakh. Police are investigating.
