Another disputed fumble call goes against the Saints when Shough loses ball in loss to Raiders
New Orleans Saints coach Kellen Moore held his arms out with his palms up early in the fourth quarter, then waved one arm toward the officials dismissively. A play on which quarterback Tyler Shough’s arm was hit as he tried to throw — ruled a fumble on the field — had been upheld on replay review early in the fourth quarter against the Las Vegas Raiders. To the Saints, the play was eerily similar to one against Detroit two weeks ago, when Saints defensive end Chase Young hit the Lions' Jared Goff, who lost the ball for what was initially ruled a fumble return for a touchdown.
