Andy Burnham could lose Chequers country estate beloved by former PMs because he does not use it

Andy Burnham, the Prime Minister, is neglecting Chequers country estate, a grace-and-favour home in Buckinghamshire, while splitting his time between London and Manchester.

The Tories claim that under the terms of the statute granting prime ministers the use of Chequers, Burnham risks losing his access to the estate due to non-use.
